FitzGerald Deconstruction & Reuse is a construction demolition consulting firm formed in December 2017. The company is owned and operated by Kyle FitzGerald. Kyle’s previous experience includes running his own company, Sustainable Construction and Demolition Inc. since 2009. He’s also been involved in numerous construction, restoration, and demolition projects. Kyle has received state and local awards for a waste reduction on his projects including recognition for his role in Dubuque’s historic Roshek rehabilitation reaching LEED Platinum in 2010. FitzGerald has worked on large scale demolition projects in Chicago, IL including the Northwestern Terracotta Company demolition where he assisted owners in salvaging 90% of wood materials resulting in significant cost savings. Kyle is also an active member of the Building Materials Reuse Association. FitzGerald Freelance has a group of advisors with a combined 75 years of experience in demolition. Our goal is to exceed client’s expectations by identifying value in reuse and recycling with precision to reduce project costs while achieving sustainability goals.
